Our current focus is Tanzania, East Africa where we are doing annual pastors conferences and ministering in church through Tanzania.

Equipping pastors and strengthening local churches through leadership training, biblical teaching, and ministry resources.

MEET
DOUG STEINERT AKA CAPT LOGOS
Pastor Doug Steinert is the founder of Captain Logos Ministries, He has been in ministry since the age of 18, preaching the Gospel and teaching the Word throughout his entire adult life. He has ministered not only across the United States, but around the world.
Capt Logos believes the Gospel is not only meant to be preached but demonstrated through compassionate action. Hosting pastor’s conferences and leadership training, the mission is focused on meeting both spiritual and practical needs while empowering indigenous pastors to lead their own communities.
At the center of every outreach, conference, and partnership is a commitment to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ:
salvation through Him, transformation by the Holy Spirit, and hope for generations to come.
RAY ALEXANDER SECRETARY
He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel on February 1, 2017, after 28 years of service as an Army Chaplain in Active Duty, the U.S. Army Reserve, and the Active Guard Reserve. His final assignments included serving as Deputy Command Chaplain for the 3rd MEDCOM at Ft. Gillum, Georgia; Total Force Integrator at the U.S. Army Chaplain School and Center at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina; and Installation Chaplain at Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
His military deployments included service with the 18th Corps Support Battalion from 1995–1996 as part of the Implementation Force in Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as deployment with the 24th Infantry Division during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990–1991.
In addition to his military ministry, he served as Senior Pastor of two congregations: six years in Minot, North Dakota, and four years in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
His education includes an Associate of Arts in Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies, and Doctor of Ministry studies in Leadership (ABD). He also completed 20 hours of post-graduate studies in Education with an emphasis in Counseling, along with additional graduate coursework in Pastoral Studies. In addition, he completed extensive military leadership training and earned certifications in MBTI, FACMT, and numerous other professional development programs.
He married Ruth Ann on August 1, 1981. Together they have three sons and eight grandchildren.
